HUNTINGTON SURF INN POLICIES

The Huntington Surf Inn warmly welcomes you to our property. We would like to call your attention to the following policies:
-Cash deposit for one night stay or credit card information will be required at the time of booking a reservation.
-Please notify us at least seven (7) days prior to your arrival date for reservation cancellation.
*If you cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, you agree to take responsibility for the deposit amount of one night stay.
-If you shorten your stay or check out early, we regret that payments will not be refunded.
-We will give the guest a seven (7) day notification if the Inn has to cancel a guest reservation. The guest agrees that no penalties will be incurred by the Huntington Surf Inn due to the cancellation of the reservation because of unforeseen events.
-Rates/policies are subject to change during high impact periods and with special requests. -Non-refundable prepayment for your stay is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events such as the US Open of Surfing and the Pacific Marathon.
-Guest incurring damage to the Huntington Surf Inn's properties, including carpets, walls, furniture, television, linens, and locks, including loss of key(s), will be charged at least one night rent in addition to the cost to remedy the damages.
-$150 fee for smoking inside the rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
-The Inn will not store any guest item without prior approval by hotel management.
-Bicycles may not be stored in the guest room or on the deck.
-The Inn is not responsible for damage or loss of any merchandise, equipment, including bicycles, clothing, or other valuables left in or at our facility.
-One complementary parking space per room.
-We regret that we will not be able to accommodate guests with pets.
-Photo identification and credit card required upon check-in.
-No visitors are allowed at the hotel after 10pm
-Check-in: 3:00 P.M. If early check-in is needed, please consult the front desk.
-Check-out: 11:00 A.M. If late check-out is needed please consult the front desk.
-Please stop by the front desk prior to check-out from the Inn.
-Cash payment at check-in will require additional $100.00 cash deposit or a valid credit card.

AUTO-COLLECT
Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are not allowed.

Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
